If your Shure product requires service and you are outside the United States, please visit www.shure.com and find your country in the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the page.  Please do not send international repairs to the U.S.  International repairs sent to the U.S. will be redirected to your regional Shure Service Center for processing -- significant delay of your return will result.
